Technical Detail Cleaning
Technical Detail Service handles all the corners and edges of your space that need less frequent, more peridodical attention. We include this for all of janitorial customers, elevating our service from very good to great.
It is also a stand alone service we offer to other businesses to enhance or upgrade their existing cleaning routines.
Technical Detail Cleaning handles things like the build up of dust in harder to reach areas on furniture, under desks, or on baseboards. Dirt and grime that gather around the edge and behind faucets, or toilets. Dust fuzzies and driplets that gather high up on walls and vents in restrooms. Dirt that sticks and builds up on grout, or tile that has texture variations. Soil and grime that builds up in doorframes, or on vertical surfaces in countless places.

How often should I schedule janitorial services?
What cleaning products do you use?
We use environmentally friendly and non-toxic cleaning products that are highly effective and safe for all types of spaces. Our primary cleaning chemical is a Hydrogen Peroxide product that is both a Sanicide and a Virucide. One of our favorite moves is to dissolve Tea Tree Oil in a bit of soap and hot water for wall scrubbing in restroom spaces.
Do I need to provide cleaning equipment?
Simple Clean provides all necessary cleaning supplies and tools to deliver exceptional cleaning results. We do ask that we can store the cleaning equipment and supplies onsite for Janitorial clients. Since we match ideal staff to clean accounts mostly solo, we do not ask our staff to carry equipment.
